SAN JUAN, PUERTO RICO 10/14/2022:  A rainbow appeared near the end of #HarmRed22.  For many, it symbolized hope, represented diversity within the harm reduction community, and mirrored the essence of harm reduction work:  An arch of colors formed in the sky created by certain circumstances, the refraction and dispersion of light caused by rain.  It was a perfect time for harm reductionists of faith to talk about their commitment to the movement.
