Soni Grover (she/her) brings to NHRC extensive experience spanning both for-profit and nonprofit sectors, including local and global industries such as housing, construction, recreation, healthcare, retail, and property management. She has honed her expertise in financial operations and project management. Her track record includes handling operating and capital budgets ranging from $2 million to $636 million and $4 million to $1.5 billion, respectively.

Throughout her career, she has successfully managed, trained, and evaluated staff across various domains, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, cash management, investment reporting, multi-state and federal tax reporting, state tax reporting, 2CFR200-federal compliance, payroll administration (both non-union and union employees ranging from 100 to 15,000), fringe benefit administration, human resources, facilities management, purchasing, grants and contract administration, accounts payable, accounts receivable, Medicare, Medicaid, HMO, commercial billing, and customer service.

Sondra is an alumna of DePaul University’s Kellstadt Graduate School of Business, where she earned her M.B.A. degree with a specialization in finance.

In her free time, Sondra finds joy in the company of her loved ones, cherishing moments with family and friends. Additionally, she actively engages in community service, leveraging her skills and abilities to make a positive impact and contribute to meaningful causes.
