COVID Vaccine Office Hours Part 1: PWUD, LGB TGNC+, folks with HIV/AIDS, BIPOC
Join us for a 2-part Office Hours series on the COVID Vaccine and how it relates to harm reduction work and harm reduction community.
The first session will be on March 17th, 4-5:30 ET. Bring you questions for Dr. Hansel Tookes of IDEA Exchange in Miami and NHRC Medical Director Dr.Kimberly Sue, PhD as we discuss vaccine development, trials, and rollout as they relate to people who use drugs, LGB TGNC , people living with HIV/AIDS, and Black, indigenous and other communities of color.
There are many questions and concerns regarding the COVID-19 vaccine and how it will impact the most marginalized in our communities, especially people who use drugs and BIPOC folks. NHRC will hold space for those concerns and offer conversation in a webinar series dedicated to the Covid-19 vaccine.
