ORN- Infusing Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in Treatment and Recovery Spaces

Training overview:  Harm reduction, cultural safety and language justice are frameworks that recognize the importance of ensuring diversity, equity and inclusion are at the forefront of our service provision. By infusing DEI practices to our day to day engagement with participants we center their experiences, rights and voices to ensure that services are relevant to their reality and their needs are being met. As key practices to help us advance social justice, harm reduction, cultural safety  and language justice give practitioners the opportunity to practice inclusion, create shared power and uplift the expertise of those we are aiming to serve.
