DESCRIPTION:As part of our national Technical Assistance programming we are offering a late summer series of both webinars and 1-1 sessions. This webinar will be led by Taharka Anderson who is a PhD student with a background in restorative justice and organizational capacity building and sustainability. His interactive webinar will provide participants with an opportunity to: 1) Reflect upon the impact of burn-out on our wellness, 2) Reflect upon organizational relationship building, 3) Collectively create interventions to enhance the quality of relationships within organizations, and 4) Develop wellness accountability teams. This session will also be repeated on September 28, 2021. Also note that one to one sessions will be made available in September to session attendees.
