I got into this to provide harm reduction supplies, what is this about invoices, account software and payroll? These two sessions will cover the basic requirements for managing the nonprofit’s financials including; the Accounting Process (accounting software, cash receipts and disbursements, internal accounting controls), Organization and Program Budgeting (process for developing the organization budget, who should approve, who should be involved in the process), Financial Statements and Reporting (crash course on balance sheets, income statements, and the importance of cash flow statements)
