How do you incorporate Harm Reduction principles & practices?

PPOP strives to serve the needs of the injection drug-using community by distributing vital harm-reduction supplies within a supportive, non-judgmental context. The supplies that PPOP provides to drug users include new syringes, clean injection equipment, and Naloxone, or Narcan. PPOP believes that the present state of health among injection drug users in Portland – including rates of Hepatitis C – more than necessitates a need-based approach to syringe availability.  PPOP is a project of Peoples Harm Reduction Alliance (PHRA)
