How do you incorporate Harm Reduction principles & practices?

CHOW (Community Health Outreach Work to Prevent AIDS/HIV)has been operating a state-wide syringe exchange on the Hawaiian islands now for almost two decades. We provide a one for one exchange, clean works, safer sex products, safer sex and safer shooting educational materials, a multitude of referrals, confidentiality, and a friendly face! Not only do will we ‘meet you where you’re at’ with regards to your life choices, we will physically meet you where ever you feel the most comfortable. We hope to have a website up and running by fall 2009.
